01Nature of services

Karmic Astro-Tarot offers guidance-based services including:

• Tarot and Astro-Tarot readings
• Astrology and birth chart analysis
• Numerology guidance
• Life coaching sessions

These services are intuitive, spiritual, reflective and guidance-based. They do not guarantee outcomes or predict future events with certainty.

Services are intended for guidance and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for regulated professional advice.

02Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or book services.
• By booking a service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

03Booking and payments

• Full payment is generally required at the time of booking.
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay or PayPal.
• A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the appointment or delivery arrangement has been confirmed.
• Payment does not automatically guarantee a particular appointment time unless that time has been confirmed.
• Payment processing and related procedures may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

04Rescheduling and attendance

• Clients may request rescheduling at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
• One rescheduling opportunity may generally be provided, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
• Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before the session will generally be treated as a completed booking.
• A 10-minute grace period applies to scheduled live sessions.
• If a client does not join or respond within the grace period, the session may be considered completed.

05No medical, legal, financial or professional advice

Karmic Astro-Tarot does not provide licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.

• Do not rely on a reading as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
• Do not use a reading as a substitute for qualified medical or mental-health care.
• Do not make significant legal, financial or investment decisions solely on the basis of a reading.
• In an emergency or crisis, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.

06Confidentiality and privacy

We respect the privacy of information shared during sessions and aim to handle client information responsibly.

Information may be used or disclosed where necessary to provide the service, communicate with the client, process payments, comply with legal obligations, protect rights or safety, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party communication and payment platforms may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

07Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and birth details where applicable.
• Provide questions, concerns and other information honestly and accurately to the best of your knowledge.
• Join scheduled sessions on time and ensure that you have a suitable environment for the session.
• Communicate respectfully with Karmic Astro-Tarot and its representatives.
• Review service descriptions, pricing, delivery timeframes and applicable policies before purchasing.

08No guarantee of results

Tarot, astrology, numerology and coaching involve interpretation, guidance and personal reflection. Any predictions, possibilities, themes or suggestions expressed during a service are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

Results may vary between individuals. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes.

09Intellectual property and personal use

Original website content, written materials, reports, branding, graphics and other materials created by Karmic Astro-Tarot remain the property of Karmic Astro-Tarot unless otherwise stated.

• Personalised materials supplied to a client may be used for the client's personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Clients may not reproduce, resell, commercially redistribute, publish or present our original materials as their own without permission.
• Nothing in this section prevents a client from retaining a copy of materials legitimately provided to them for personal use.

10Client conduct and service refusal

We expect clients to communicate respectfully and use our services in good faith.

Karmic Astro-Tarot may restrict, refuse or discontinue services where there is suspected fraud, payment abuse, repeated misuse of policies, threatening or abusive behaviour, harassment, discriminatory conduct, or other serious misuse of the service.

11Third-party platforms and service availability

Certain aspects of our services may depend on third-party platforms, including payment, communication, social-media, hosting or other technology providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for operational, technical, scheduling or other legitimate reasons.

If a paid service cannot be delivered within the applicable service timeframe, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

12Liability

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes based on any guidance received. Karmic Astro-Tarot does not guarantee any particular result from a reading, prediction, guidance session or coaching session.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Karmic Astro-Tarot is not responsible for decisions, losses or outcomes arising from a client's voluntary reliance on guidance provided through the services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, operations or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

14Relationship between our policies

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the description of the specific service purchased.

If a service-specific page provides a specific delivery timeframe or service condition, that information applies to that particular service together with these Terms and the applicable policies.
