Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund After Session Delivery
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of tarot/astrology readings, no refunds are issued once a session has been delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule a session only if requested at least 6 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations made after this period are treated as completed sessions.
3. Missed or Late Sessions
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
- If the client fails to join within this period, the session will be marked as completed.
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions.
4. Technical Issues
If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our end:
- The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- No refunds will be provided, but you will receive guaranteed rescheduling.
5. Payment Gateway Failures
If a payment fails or gets stuck:
- The issue must be taken up directly with Razorpay or PayPal.
- Karmic Astro-Tarot does not control payment processing outcomes.
6. Digital Products & Reports
Any digital reading, PDF report, or analysis once delivered is non-refundable.
7. Fraudulent Activity
We may block bookings or refuse refunds in case of:
- Multiple cancellations
- Chargeback fraud
- Malicious behaviour or misuse of services
